Eden Reforestation Projects 2020

Eden Reforestation Projects is a nonprofit organization that works in developing countries to rebuild natural landscapes destroyed by deforestation. Eden works directly with villages and communities suffering from extreme poverty resulting from the deforestation and destruction of the land that sustains them.

Eden Reforestation Projects is pleased to partner with Finley’s Green Leap Forward to celebrate the life and legacy of Elizabeth Finley Broaddus by planting a minimum of 150,000 trees/year at the Big Fig planting site in Kenya (see map below). The Finley’s Green Leap Forward grant will be to pay local community members to plant and protect native trees and will have a lasting impact on local livelihoods and this important forest landscape.
